## Who
Ben Perreau is a founder and builder based in Los Angeles. He is the founder and CEO of Parafoil
(legal entity Applied Humanity Inc.), which builds Leadership Intelligence for high-performance
organizations. Parafoil turns everyday work into private feedback for leaders and evidence for
the organization: managers get private, meeting-by-meeting guidance in their own words, and the
organization sees anonymized, team-level trends. It is never a performance review, and the
organization never sees an individual's feedback, transcripts or recordings. Manage less, lead
more.

## Background
Before founding Parafoil, Ben spent the better part of a decade working alongside Fortune 50 CxOs
at SYPartners (executive and organizational transformation). Earlier: Synkio (founder/CEO), Global
Media, Sky (BSkyB), BBC, and NME, where he was the third editor of NME.COM from 2004 to October
2007 — he relaunched it in September 2005, it won the AOP's first Chairman's Award in 2006, and he
launched its US news service in October 2006. Also Gigulate (founder) and Virgin Radio. Twenty
years and more across business strategy, technology, media and journalism.
